Matrix Fund Services will work with fund management to assist in the preparation of the compliance manual, customized to your fund's operations.

• The manual will fully integrate a compliance program covering recent SEC registration requirements, privacy policy, proxy voting procedures, Patriot Act Compliance (anti money laundering rules and regulations), recordkeeping and supervisory requirements.
• We will also work with the adviser to provide guidance in establishing a website or review the fund's current website to ensure compliance under applicable SEC rules.
• Personnel are available to monitor all aspects of the fund's operations to ensure on going compliance and relieve you of the necessary oversight of the review of operational duties.
