Distribution and Marketing

The distributor acts as the fund's agent in connection with the distribution of fund shares, including acting as agent in states where designated agents are required. Duties include:

• Establish and maintain Selling Group Agreements
• Provide NSCC trading and settlement platform
• Provide fulfillment services
• Process and pay commissions and other distribution fees (12b-1)
• Review, approve and file all advertising and promotional material
• Monitoring and reporting sales information to the fund's Board of Directors
• Provides distribution to 40 Funds with over $2.2 billion in Net Assets
• Provide for registration of adviser’s sales staff through Matrix Capital Group, Inc.
